Simon Korn has been an estate agent for 40 years, covering all aspects of commercial property - primarily specialising in the acquisition, disposal, rent reviews and lease renewals of office suites/buildings in Central London.
During the 1970s, as a partner in a large practice in the West End, he recognised there was a niche for a small company devoted to providing the highest quality of service to clients, together with a caring and professional attitude.
Now, from Simon Korn's office located in Mayfair, all clients receive personal attention from his team, however large or small the enquiry. In addition, there are a large number of consultants (senior partners in their own firms) who are on hand to assist with work requiring specialist advice in any related field.
From experience, more often than not, Simon and his team are able to procure far more advantageous deals than other agents achieve. Clients know that they get the best possible advice on any given transaction and that contact can always be made, day or night. The office is never closed as there is a 24 hour telephone line.
