The City office market has continued to improve quarter on quarter during 2009, reaching a peak in Q3 of 1.2 million sq ft. Having reached its lowest levels of take up in Q1 with just over 425,000 sq ft, its leap of 27% from Q2 is an encouraging sign that occupiers are returning and they are surely capitalising on a market that is finding its feet.
